This policy explains how Wicked handles the personal information you share when you enter your email address to access the reference ad library.

What we collect

Your email address, and the collection you arrived from (if you opened a shared link). We record when you signed up and whether you agreed to receive emails.

Why we collect it

To grant access to the library and to send you occasional marketing and educational emails about our work. Submitting your email at the gate is your consent to receive those emails.

Who processes it

We send marketing emails through Loops, our email provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Loops sends a confirmation email (double opt-in) and includes an unsubscribe link in every message.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link it contains. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to matt@meetwicked.com.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active systems.
